Been having recurring internet drops on my Eero Mesh with Spectrum internet over the past several months (8 today so far) @Ask_Spectrum and @geteero support seem totally stumped (and have been trying hard to sort it) so I’m putting this out there in case anyone has solutions?

.@Ask_Spectrum Is there an Internet outage in the Los Angeles area (I’m in Marina del Rey) or is it just us? Our router was red, unplugged it and plugged it back in and it turned to blue... but still not working! Any thoughts?

@twentyoneprozac @optimum @GetSpectrum Optimum was terrible, couldn't keep a steady 1mb paying for 100 back in the Gears 2 days. Honestly one of the reasons I kinda gave up, literally couldn't stay in games for months

@Ask_Spectrum really disappointed with you today… The full-day internet outage wasn’t even the worst part. It was 12 hours of NO updates/comms after saying the issue would be resolved in 2 hours. Please do better. We spend a LOT of our hard earned money for your service. 😒
