Nothing but problems with @Comcast today. Service is turned off at the old place, but there’s no service at the new place. Gear dropped off, but no cable outlets that work. Sales people jerking my wife around. Sounds like the opposite of @comcastcares.

Intent of canceling will trigger retention team to offer you available incentives to keep you as a customer. Relax, it's a game we all play every six months with them. 🙄

@jpatel41 I find @Xfinity gets pretty close once I singed in to Hulu etc on my cable boxes. Also, if @netflix could turn off auto play so I can browse content that would be awesome. Would cancel it if I didn’t have external recommendations to content.

@Xfinity called customer care and spoke to two different agents who did not understand what my problem was… Asked for specific things that were not taken care of? My bill is $100 higher and it’s been consistent for the past two years. Upset customer!

@JokersTotem Yes it is a thing for instance you never get throttling from a service that xfinity has a deal with like Netflix. Hbo max on the other hand is owned by AT&T and I get throttled to everytime I binge watch show their. It's all about who will give them money for more bandwidth acess
