@Xfinity internet's been down since 0200 and it's now 0623. A lot of home surveillance cameras are inop hopefully the neighborhood was safe last night. We paying a lot of money for your service

Hey @Xfinity @comcast— awesome the steps you’re taking to keep people connected. However, as a loyal 3+ year customer who just got charged more than double what I should have been charged and a 1.5 hour wait time for customer service. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed.

@comcast No, no issues. I called yesterday and they couldn’t do anything to help me because I have my own router/modem. I think that is BS, because I had excellent internet 3-4 weeks ago and the past 2 weeks have been unbearable. Nothing at my apartment has changed.
