Hi Aarthi,
Great job on the blog I'm loving all your recipes and trying them one by one. Today I tried this idli hoping it'll turn out awesome as it looks here. Unfortunately for some reason my idlis just kind of spread all over the idli plate and didn't stay in shape. Any idea what could be the reason? I put 1tsp baking soda as I didn't have eno salt. Could it be the reason? The taste was still good I just scooped it out and had it like upma 😉
Regards

Aarthi

Can I assume there is actually no rava/sooji in this recipe? It's wheat idli? Please advise if normal atta flour can be used in this recipe.
