How does one get @Xfinity service to their town? @GetSpectrum has been a severe disappointment during and after this storm. Almost 30 years in Middlebury, CT and very little disruption even w/tornados. Southbury, CT deserves better service.

Hey @Xfinity @comcastcares pretty scummy if you during a pandemic to charge extra for internet usage when we got 3 people working and going to school from home when your charges are already expensive. That’s some great customer service. Pathetic!!

@MA_NativeCTNY @MayorMark Comcast offered a coworker of mine $23 for not any service because of having no power for 5 days. They told him that he should go to eversource to have them reimburse him for the loss of Comcast because it was their fault for not moving fast enough to get power on

@Xfinity Your 4G LTE is trash. I haven’t been able to text or make calls unless I’m connected to Wifi. Why don’t you offer deals for current customers so I can upgrade to a 5G phone and see if that service is any better?

@TeamNuggetsTV @VegasDegen1985 I pay Comcast $150 a month and had my two favorite teams just disappear. I don't really think it's my problem, because I definitely still "pay" if that's now the argument. It is a very tough spot, no doubt.
